  We live close by, so it's easy for us to run down the street for a big family dinner. We have never had a negative experience! The food is always perfectly fresh and everyone greets you with a smile!

  My family has been going to this captain ds since it opened and we have never had a problem like we did today. I have never been disrespected from a restaurant as my family and myself were today. The staff was rude. They were not helpful they were more worried about laughing and gossiping. My 7 year old dropped her drink and they started laughing at her and was not helpful at all they could at least handed us some paper towels or a wash cloth. Then when I went to get our food told them we needed 4 plates the lady started making irritating sounds and thown the plates on the counter instead of handing them to me or putting them in the tray. The restaurant was unclean and was no room in the trash can to put our trash. They was plenty of workers there and there was no reason for such a mess.
